   Frey-Fil Corporation was established in 1974 as a post-tensioning contractor having a principal objective of developing the use of prestressing in traditional reinforced concrete structures. For more than a quarter of a century, Freyssinet Filipinas Corporation has expanded its application of prestressing to both cast-in place and precast concrete structures and has also diversified into the area of architectural precast concrete.
